The Windows 10 Anniversary Update is adding some pretty awesome new stuff. One of the new features that has me most excited is the ability to create reminders with photos in Cortana. Generally, reminders aren't the most exciting thing in the world, but adding a bit of visual flair certainly goes a long way towards sprucing them up.

To use the feature, you'll need to create a reminder in Cortana just as you normally would. You can say "Hey Cortana" followed by the title of the reminder, or you can just type it into the search bar (e.g. remind me to pick up milk).

Once you're on the reminder creation screen, set the specifics just like normal, then select Add a photo and choose whether you want to take a new photo or choose from your existing library. Click Save, and your new reminder will be stored with a photo.

Why is this actually useful? Let's you want a reminder to go to the grocery store; you can take a photo of your shopping list. Maybe you need a reminder to get a refill on your prescription. Well, you can take a photo of the number so you can do it all from your PC or Windows Phone.

What feature are you most excited about from the Windows 10 Anniversary Update? Let us know!
