    A complete waste of time writing a useless article on 'diets', no different to all the other useless 'diet' articles relating diet to weight 'loss'.
    Weight can not be 'lost', weight of anything and everything is reduce by removing the size of objects, remove one apple from a 2kg bag of apples and the weight is reduced, the removed apple is not 'lost'.
    Eat meat, fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products and grain bread. nuts which are not beneficial while eating the aforementioned products.
    The balanced consuming of only all the listed food products on a daily basis will rid the world of 'diet' meals, diet books, diet web sites, diet articles and the crazy, waste of time Lose Weight scams travelling around the world on a continuous basis to brainwash gullible people like the inexperienced author of this article.

No matter how unconventional or esoteric, they all have their proponents and detractors. Each and every diet works for some people and doesn't work for others. What works in one part of the world may not, and sometimes does not, work in other parts because , over millennia, humans have developed regional digestive adaptations. A person from an area that has had fish and vegetable diet for thousands of years will not tolerate a diet rich in red meat too well.
