Goods Order Inventory System: Manage & Track Inventory, Sales & Profit From Your Smartphone
Goods Order Inventory System is a mobile application for individuals and small businesses to manage and track their orders, inventory and sales with a lot of reporting capabilities. You can track how much inventory came in, how much you have in stock and how much went out. It is a standalone application that stores all the data on the device and doesn’t require the Internet to run. It consists of 5 different modules to help you manage and analyze your inventory – ordering, product/category management, inventory, sales and reporting.
Order Module lets you order items from a shop or a wholesaler. You simply add items and their quantity and email the details to the shop. So if some items from your order list are available at the shop, you can simply pick them while you are at the shop. The module also lists all the items that you don’t have in stock and lets you email the list to the wholesaler for fulfillment.
Product and Category Management Module is where you add and manage products and categories in your inventory. Inventory Module is mainly used to set purchase and sale prices in order to calculate profit and loss in the system. Sales Module lets you track sales. You can track sales by inventory or by product. Finally, to see the overall picture, there is the Reporting Module that lets you view Profit and Loss, Closed Orders, inventory on-hand and all transactions.
The app is cross-platform and available for all major mobile platforms including iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows. It is free to use but there is a Pro version that offers more features including a web-based system, import tools, better administration privileges and other features.
