YouTube on Android is pretty nice. The interface is way better than browsing the web version of YouTube, and it has built-in functionality for casting videos to Chromecast. It's even better with a YouTube Red subscription.

But the annoying thing, at least for me, is that you can't multitask watching a YouTube video while doing something else in another app. On tablets especially, this can be something of a pain.

With FlyTube [No Longer Available], you can now watch YouTube videos in a floating popup that sits on top of other apps. Just set FlyTube as your default handler for YouTube links and videos will automatically open this way.

And yes, the floating popup can be dragged around or resized to your liking. It's perfect for when you want to watch while browsing the web or thumbing through Reddit.

Apparently this is already possible with the YouTube app if you have Samsung TouchWiz, but if you have any other device other than a Samsung, FlyTube can really prove useful.

Did you find this app useful? Is there another app that does this but better? Let us know below!
