Let's face it, unless you're willing to throw down a lot of money for a business or first class flight, squishing into an airplane isn't comfortable. I'm just under six feet tall, and I always feel like my knees are smashed in, and by the time I get off the flight, I can barely walk.

I know I am not alone in this struggle, but there are some exercises we can do to stay comfortable on the plane. There are also some key things we can do before we jump on the plane to make sure we stay loose.
