3 Email Pranks for Messing With Your Friends
Pinterest Stumbleupon Whatsapp

Most people spend a ton of time in their email inbox. If you want to have some fun with your friends, you can take advantage of this by playing a few pranks on them via email:

  1. Send the entire dictionary as a text file. Doing so will screw up your friend’s email search results. Every time they search for a word to find an email, the message you sent with the English word list will pop up. It’s subtle, but annoying. You can grab a massive list of words on this page — just copy and paste the entire thing into an email. If you want to be a little more subtle, press Ctrl + S on that page to save the list as a text file and send that in an otherwise inconspicuous email. Make sure you know what email service your friend uses — Gmail searches inside attachments, while Yahoo doesn’t.
  2. Change a coworker’s signature to something stupid. Your email signature is a useful tool to let people know who you are and provide contact information. If you have a coworker who doesn’t always lock their computer, wait for them to step away and then jump into their email account. Change something small about their signature so it’s not totally obvious (nor harmful), and let the laughs ensue.
  3. Use a free service to send an anonymous joke email. Services like SendAnonymousEmail let you send an email to anyone from a fake address. You can use this to inform a coworker that they’re required to come as a clown for tomorrow’s office party, or other such shenanigans. Anything you can imagine to mess with a friend via email can come to life thanks to this service.

Thanks for creating a stupid page of ideas to create havoc... like there's not already enough problems in the world... you have to create more. Not funny.
