Does it surprise you that slightly over half of all emails are view on a mobile device? According to research by Litmus [Broken URL Removed], 26 per cent of all email was opened on an iPhone. Desktop email views dropped by 4 per cent in 2013 (from 33 to 29 per cent). The list of the most popular desktop email client was led by Outlook with 14 per cent, followed by Apple Mail with 8 per cent. Web views declined throughout the year and suffered a 5 per cent drop overall, achieving only 20 per cent market share.
