How to Check Amazon Seller Feedback

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.
  2. Find the item you want to buy.
  3. Open the listing page.
  4. In the upper right-hand side of the screen, locate the sentence that reads Ships from and sold by [Seller Name].
  5. Click on the seller’s name.
  6. Locate the box on the right-hand side of the screen the see the percentage of positive and negative feedback the seller has received over the last three, six, and 12 months.
  7. Scroll further down and click on the Feedback tab to see comments other buyers have left about the seller’s service.

Note: This feature is only available when looking at third-party sellers.

    I'm sorry, but there is NO EFFICIENT WAY to check seller feedback on Amazon. You can see the % of positive vs negative for three different time periods. Big whoop. "Scroll further down and click on the Feedback tab... " -- Are you kidding? This allows me to see the feedback one set of five responses at a time. So if someone has 1000 reviews, I have to click on the "Next" link 200 times to browse through the feedback! This is effing ridiculous. I have learned the hard way to not buy expensive items through Amazon, just cheap or moderately priced items, because there is no quality control and no way for me to check how trustworthy a seller is.
