  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Scroll down and click on Advanced.
  5. Go to Languages > Language > Add Language.
  6. Enter the language you want to use.
  7. Click on the three vertical dots next to the language name.
  8. Select Move Up.
  9. Repeat steps seven and eight until the language is at the top of the list.
  10. Click on the three vertical dots one more time and mark the checkbox next to Display Google Chrome in this language.
  11. If you wish, slide the toggle next to Offer to translate pages that aren’t in a language you read. It will translate any sites into your target language.
