Gojee is a curated selection of great recipes with drool-worthy photos. The Gojee team collect the recipes and tag them by ingredient, making it easy for you to browse for things you love and avoid the things you hate. Then, it's just like StumbleUpon. All you do is click the "Next" arrow until you find something you're keen to cook. Too easy and WAY too tasty.

All of the Gojee recipes are hand-picked by the curation team, from hundreds of food writers who have a great sense of taste, style and variety. You can browse through the food writers from here.

Your Pantry & Taste

Finding the right recipe for you involves adding ingredients you have on hand, want to use and don't want to use. Of course you can browse without putting ingredients in, but it helps to narrow things down if you do.

In the the top menu bar you'll see options for "I crave", "I have" and "I dislike". Just add to them as you see fit and your recommendations will keep getting better.

You can also link your Gojee account to a store rewards system so that Gojee knows which ingredients you're likely to have on hand. What better way to get great recipe recommendations you can use right now?

Browsing Recipes

There's a little arrow on the right hand side which will bring up the next recipe for you. Keep browsing until something takes your fancy. Click on the arrow on the left hand side if you want to go back to something you viewed earlier.

If you want to know more about the recipe, click the title of the recipe to see the full ingredients list and a link to the blog where the recipe is hosted.

In this title area, you'll also see a small star. When you like a recipe, star it in Gojee and the system will slowly get a feel for the recipes, ingredients and food writers you like best. Not only that, but you'll find it's a quick way to refer to recipes you like. See the top left of the menu bar to bring up just your favourites.

Also within this title area is a quick way to mark ingredients as "I crave", "I have" and "I dislike". Hover over the ingredient and you'll see the options pop up. The more information Gojee collects on your taste, the better your recipe recommendations will be.

Alternatives To Gojee

Of course, there are many recipe sites, video cooking sites, recipe phone applications and food blogs out there which would make a great alternative to Gojee, but with Gojee's simple way of entering your likes, dislikes and ingredients it makes it an easy choice. Plus, with such gorgeous, full-size pictures and an addictive "Next" arrow foodies will be overwhelmed with choice on this site.
