5 Of The Best Cross-Buy PlayStation Games You Should Play

Dave LeClair 11-09-2014

Looking for value? Looking for games you can sink your teeth into, whether you’re at home or on the go? These Cross-Buy PlayStation games have you covered.

What Is Cross-Buy?

One of the best values in the world of video games is Cross-Buy, a service that allows PlayStation home console and Vita owners to buy a game one time, and play it across all Sony platforms. No one wants to pay for the same game twice, and with this service you don’t need to. Not only that, but in the case of most games, your saved games actually transfer back and forth between devices, allowing you to pick up from the moment you left off.

If you’re deep in the Sony ecosystem, with a PS3, PS4, and Vita all accessible, Cross-Buy just might change your gaming life. Of course, not all PlayStation games offer this, and you’ll have to look on the PlayStation Store to see if it supports the feature, so make sure to check before you buy a game on your home console assuming you will get it on Vita too.

Great list. I just finished The Swapper on Steam this past week and I loved it. The puzzle style was reminiscent of Portal, where you think "How the heck will I ever be able to hold that switch and get to the door at the same time?"

But it can be done, and the feeling you get when you solve a puzzle is awesome. Totally recommended game.
