    It's disappointing that in this list you only showed programmes for Chrome & Firefox.
    A quick check of my browser of choice, Opera, gives me Podcast Player Prime as an extentsion.
    My personal all-time favourite podcast downloader was "Juice" but sadly, it seems to have gone off the stage.

    Sadly podcast software is pretty much shit. Problems with sync between desktop and mobile pretty much everywhere.

    Spotify seems to be anal about what it lets in which means some of the podcasts i care about aren't there.

    Gpodder which is open source sync site seems like something designed by a drunk and is slow like hell..

    Stitcher seems to be missing episodes and has really bad user interface, loads of scripts that make it hard to use with umatrix.

    Castbox seemed like a good option but while it seems they sync they apparently forgot to add something that'd mark played podcasts on their website, even though simple grayed out font would suffice.

    Also seems like all the web players ignore keyboards media keys, which is annoying since i usually feel like listening to podcasts when im playing games. There's addon for chrome but ignores castbox which i'm stuck with since it's least of all evils =_=;
