Daily backup is really important. Two of my customers got hit by ransom ware recently and they're going thru a lot of pain to get their files back.

I wish restaurants would adopt a no cell phone policy. There is nothing more annoying than being out to dinner with my wife and having to listen to the person at the next table prattle on about nothing. Try having a conversation with the person you're actually sitting with!

I went to a restaurant a couple of years ago which had a no mobile phones policy. It worked pretty well, apart from the fact that the signs were all a bit small. Anyone caught using one was fined. I didn't think texting was too bad, but one man took a call only for the waitress to come over to his table afterwards and enforce the fine. His reply was an embarrassed 'yeah, that's a very good idea actually.' It did make me laugh!

This infographic is less than useful. It does not explain why some of the cited cases are "bad habits". I, for one, do request read-receipts for all official office communications. Not many responds, but enough do to make it worthwhile to automatically ask for one.
