    I love the egg in water trick - I've used it for a long time and it still impresses me, despite how simple it is. Although eggs have their use-by dates printed on them, I often find they last far longer than that.

    54 C is about 129 F and 70 C is about 158 F so your graphic needs a small repair for the fruit drying, oops!

    The baking temperatures to make your own dried fruit seem to be transposed. They should be "54-70 C" and "130-160 F".

    At "54-70F", which is basically room temperature, even after 6 hours, no appreciable drying will have taken place. At "130-160C" for 6 hours, the result will be fruit cinders, not dried fruit.

    In hack #2, I think the C and F are reversed, if those are meant to represent oven temps.
