Uploading an image through your phone involves a number of steps. Step one is opening the picture taking application and taking a snapshot through your smart device. Step two is to optionally add filters to the image to add to its visual appeal. Step three is to upload it to your desired online service to share with your friends. All of these steps can now be automated on your iOS device thanks to a tool called Autosnap.

AutoSnap is a free to use smartphone application that is compatible with iOS devices. The app is sized at nearly 23 MB and requires your iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad device to be running version 5.0 or later of iOS. Using this friendly application you can have pictures automatically taken from your phone and have them uploaded to a variety of online services.

You can select the level of automation - everything to be automated, everything to be manual, or a combination of automatic and manual. After you have set your settings for the automatic procedure, you can set a countdown timer that automatically snaps photos after you launch the application.
