Allerglobal is a free web app that lets you create allergy travel cards listing of your food allergies in the language of your choice. You can then show this card to restaurants or medical facilities of the country you are visiting to let them know what your allergies are.

To create your own allergy card, just select the food that you are allergic to from the list in the website. Then select the language of the country you are visiting. Once done, click the print button to get a printed copy of your allergy card. The website supports over 27 of the most spoken languages, making it very handy wherever you go.
