    You can't sleep less and focus more. That doesn't seem to be true for most workers.

    Not everyone is most productive in the morning. It could also be said "work later". I come alive later in the day, and am most productive then.

      The only instances when I am even close to fully functional in the morning is if I didn't sleep at all the previous night. Ideally, sleep should occur between the hours of 9am and 2pm.

    start my day at 5am everyday! 5-8am are the most productive hours of my day!

    Have an end-of-the work-day ritual, including clearing the desk for tomorrow, reviewing your to do list, and leaving on time.
