I like Mixmax for Gmail. You can do things like delay when an email is sent and track when it is read. One really cool feature is you can send a recipient available times right from your Google calendar and it neatly displays them in your email. All the recipient has to do is select a time and both calendars are updated automatically. Reduces the number back and forth emails. This came in very handy with setting up job interviews with prospective employers. Not only was it more efficient but they were impressed by the handy tool.

I am finding "Clearly" to be very helpful. Many web pages are so cluttered with ads and extra download buttons that it is hard to figure out what is article and what isn't. Clearly strips out all the ads and extraneous material from a web page and leaves just the article.
