10 Job Titles That Didn’t Exist 5 Years Ago

Just over five years ago, the world didn’t know what an iOS developer was. Social media intern? You mean one can get a job browsing social media? That term probably wasn’t even uttered until late 2008. What about a Cloud services specialist? Does that have something to do with weather?

Over the last five years, the booming tech industry introduced many new popular job titles, creating tens of thousands of jobs in the process.

Oddly enough, I feel the same way about "iOS devloper."

Actually, I find coding in Java far easier than coding in Objective-C. That's surprisingly hard to understand, what with the complex properties system and library systems. I find myself being able to do work easier as a java applet simply because there's less clutter.

I have to give iOS devs credit, it ain't easy.

You don't think turning couch potatoes, blobs, pears and ovoids into buff bodies is a job? It's a job and half. LOL

I only said that because I think of the Beachbody coach who contacted me via email - he is not local and only was offering *online* services to motivate me. He wasn't actually going to be there with me working off any excess weight.
