For my own syncing I use a App calendar ContactSync. Works really well here. You also can get a free testlicense to check everything out. The dev has a webiste with more deatails:http://ntbab.dyndns.org/apache2-default/seite/index.html

You should be able to just use Google apps. Or, if you wanted, you could set up a Microsoft Exchange account, and sync them from Microsoft Office Outlook.

Your best bet would to be to use Google Sync which effectively is a google app.It works, as far as i know, on iOS, Android and Blackberry and allows you to sync either way on any device and even manage your contacts online.Check this link https://www.google.com/mobile/sync/

Hello Joel, What you ask *should* be possible by simply using Gmail on both phones/tablets/etc... with a small amount of configuration. I believe it's more or less a matter of setting up all devices to sync with Google Accounts.Contact information stored on www.google.com/contacts is sync'd directly to your Gmail account, which is automatically integrated on either Android and/or iPhone. There are specific instructions for syncing Google Accounts with the iPhone, which might take some setting up. This should be the most important step in the process.Android by default syncs your contacts with your handset. And there are also
some instructions for syncing directly from the iPhone to Android using iTunes.
