I am wondering if anyone knows an application that syncs a local folder to remote folder (e.g. FTP server) that works like Dropbox in terms of only transfer the bit that is different in a file rather than transferring the whole file.
Like we all know one (very nice) feature of Dropbox is:
Efficient sync - only the pieces of a file that changed (not the whole file) are synced. This saves you time.
I just have a look at Libox (reviewed in makeuseof.com) and I am wondering if Libox will do efficient sync as well.
Anyone knows such application? Thanks

Here's a few articles that may help:https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/manage-files-on-your-windows-live-skydrive-account-with-skydrive-explorer/https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/windows-live-skydrive-3-alternative-storage-services/What's wrong with using regular FTP? You could always setup WebDav and map it to a network drive.
