I have a friend who has an iPhone and iPad and uses iCloud to automatically sync his PC, phone and tablet. When something is entered on one device it is automatically updated wirelessly.

I have heard that you can do this with android phones and other tablets. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? If it is, does it automatically update as above?

Really need help understanding this. Many thanks!
