Agreed with Dinesh - Qik [Broken URL Removed] is one great app for uploading. You can set up Qik account settings (in a normal browser) to automatically post to Youtube, Twitter, Facebook etc. for you. uStream ( ustream.com ) can do this too. Both of the above sites have apps which are easy to find in the Android market.Otherwise, the easiest trick is to go to

YouTube.com (in a normal browser) and get your email address for email uploads. Then from your phone you can email the video to YouTube. See this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXvhH8XfTKI Oh, and Justin.tv has a new app. :)

For me its Qik, Make a try [Broken URL Removed]With Qik you can capture and stream live video to your own channel at Qik and share it with your friends. These videos are saved to your Qik account and Android phone for later playback. From there you can easily upload and share them on popular social media and video sites like YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
