What are all these weird apps that appear on my SpringBoard now that I've jailbroken my iPHone? Trustme, Ipodout, Demoapp, etc. Every third boot or so they appear.

I used jailbreakme.com for mine. The odd apps dont really seem to hurt anything though, and my internet connectin sucks, so i dont think ill bother re-jailbreaking.

I've read on other forums that these apps are actually system processes that run on the iPhone and they shouldn't be showing. iPodOut for example is when you plug your iPhone in your car. From what I understand they show up when something goes wrong with your jailbreak. What method did you use to jailbreak? I always jailbreak using pwnage and I've never had that problem.

I believe all the apps you mentioned are a part of iOS 4. Did you jailbreak and update around the same time? As far as I know the only app added after jailbreaking should be Cydia.Note I'm an Android user, so I could be wrong here :)
