Hey Alex,Those emails are set to be send out automatically on a daily basis. There is a fixed template for them. the UNSUBSCRIBE link is a requirement for publisher and can't be removed even if we decide to do so.

Hm, that is weird because I looked at the exact same email of which you posted the excerpt! It shouldn't make a difference, but where do you read your emails? I receive them to a GMail address, but I read in Thunderbird. Please keep us updated!

Alex,I also get these emails. That's the daily summary of the main blog, which replaces an RSS feed.Since I'm also getting these emails I can see that there is an unsubscribe link at the very bottom of the email. Scroll all the way down and find this little paragraph:You are subscribed to email updates from MakeUseOfTo stop receiving these emails, you may unsubscribe now.Google Inc., 20 West Kinzie, Chicago IL USA 60610 I removed the links as they will not work for you. You have to click the 'unsubscribe now' link in the email you have received. Have you done that already and did it not work?

If things in life were so simple!!! The only link i can find is to join & not to unsubscribe.Ah but this is GOOGLE. Once we have you we will keep you. I want out !!so I have created a rule to stop this email comming . Not a good use of band width.

Alex, what are the emails you are receiving? Can you name a subject line?I am subscribed to MakeUseOf myself and receive all emails. I do see the unsubscribe links at the bottom of the MakeUseOf emails. At least the ones I checked for you, i.e. newsletter, main blog summary (instead of RSS feed), and announcement.

You are receiving emails because at one point you subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe by using the respective link at the bottom of the last email you received from us. The link should say something like this: "To stop receiving these emails, you may unsubscribe now." or "To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:" Click on the highlighted / active link portion and you will be re-directed to a web form that allows you to unsubscribe.Hope this answers your question.

I assume you have signed up for the newsletter and you want to unsubscribe? Just go to the bottom of the email newsletter and there should be an unsubscribe link there. Just click that and follow the on-screen instructions.
