I bought a Sony Vaio all-in-one. I use Skype for my work, which is why I bought a computer with such a big screen. I transfered my files to my new PC, but now I have a problem. The webcam is grainy with lots of white noise. I tried to install new drives, restore the factory settings, and reinstall Skype. No dice.

I talked to Sony and had the computer returned. Today, I went and bought a new computer from Sony. It has the same problem. I figure that if it happened twice on different computers, I must be doing something wrong. I just don't know what.
