If you are talking about viewing in real time, there isn't any way. As others have suggested, Google Earth is one I'd go with.

Definitely Google Maps, or Google Earth........for a slightly different angle, "bird's eye", Bing maps offers a pretty good view too.

Google maps and Google earth have by far the best up to date satellite imaging for Thailand as a whole, Wikimapia is also up to date but not that easy to use. Bing and Nokia are years and years out of date and I suspect the new Apple maps will be the same for many years to come. Full marks to Google for up to date imagery when away from the USA and Europe.

i'd like to ask within this question that there actually isn't any app that lets us view live footage from a satellite, right? Just time to time updated image? :P

I use and love Google Earth for it. Pretty detailed view in Kolkata, India so my presumption is that the satellite imagery will be much better for USA. Enjoy!!! :)

Google Maps, Google Earth, Bing's Maps...they'll all work. Generally you just need to type your address. The pictures might be a couple of years old – it can be fun to try to figure out which year based on things that changed around your neighbourhood. Enjoy.
