I'm running XP and would like to know what free software that I can install to verify the file integrity before I run/install them on my machine?

Hi Neil,I developed Hashy [Broken Link Removed] (MD5 & SHA-1) some time ago, it's fairly simple to use and free. If you don't like that, Microsoft has a command line utility called File Checksum Integrity Verifier . - Jeff
