Is there a good PC software that can create written notes from uploaded piano music in MP3 format?

Is there a program that can transcribe the musical notes that I am playing on my keyboard in pitch and rhythm to my computer (so that I can print them faster).

While researching your problem, I did find this link with some nice info. I am not a musician myself, so do check this out - http://www.midinotation.com/Articles-AudioToSheetMusic.htm

Both Finale and Sibelius can accept midi keyboard inputs. They will transcribe your keyboard activity into "written notes" on a staff.

I found this alternative, MuseScore , to the commercial Finale and Sibelius. According to its site, MuseScore is an open source and cross-platform music composition and notation software that can import MIDI files.
