I have been using Dropbox for a while and find it very well designed, and it has functioned quite effectively hardly noticing it's presence. Yet my 2GB free limit is limiting and I am looking for more space.
I have a SkyDrive account. 25GB is nice, but here using the space effectively is limited to manual drag and drop. In addition, I am on Office 2007, so mapping to a drive letter is difficult, especially when the free utilities to get the necessary URL for the directories (for some unknown reason) does not work on my system.
My Question: Has anyone written a Dropbox like Front End for SkyDrive? Or just a utility that will Sync with it?

SkyDrive is a file storage service. How would you want to use it with FireFox?

Hello, have you tried SDEplorer? Here is the link: http://www.cloudstorageexplorer.com/You could also try the described in the following post:http://www.liberiangeek.net/2010/05/automatically-backup-your-data-to-skydrive-with-skydrive-synchronizer/

Sounds like you're looking for Gladinet. There's a free version which let's you map GoogleDocs as a drive, but for synchronisation and access to SkyDrive you'll need to buy the "Professional" version which costs $49.99 (one time charge).
