My sister just purchased a MacBook. I've had one since 2007. I access her wireless network when visiting with my Mac. But my wireless won't allow her Mac to access it. I've looked at everything to no avail! It's not recognizing either her Mac password or my network password.

Hi, Mike, Thanks so much for your reply. I use a WEP password and it turns out I was entering the wrong password, mistaking my Mac administrator's password for my wireless network password. So all is well. Thanks again....Janet P.

If I understand correctly - you click on Airport on her MacBook, select your WiFi Networks name, enter the WiFi Password/Pre-shared Key but it doesn't successfully connect? My first guess would be you either wrong security settings (WEP, WPA, WPA2) or MAC-Address filtering. You can look up both on your WiFi Router or AirPort Station. If you have an AirPort Express/Extreme Base Station the MAC-Address Filtering can be found at the last tab called
