I use my Nokia S60 V5's Internet connection and share it with my PC using Bluetooth. Now I have an Android ICS tablet and have decided not to root it until the warranty ends. I want to know if I can somehow share Internet from my Nokia to the tablet without rooting.

if your nokia has wifi, download joikuspot, you will then be able to use your mobile phone as a wifi router :)

I found a guide for using a Blackberry (Symbian)'s Bluetooth connection to support Wireless networking on an Android device. I read through the directions and don't see any mention of requiring root access (root explorer is just a common app for copying files internally on the device).Unfortunately, I don't use any Symbian based devices and can't confirm if any of this works. It looks extraordinarily complicated.

Isn't it just easier to just download a Bluetooth tethering software?

I would rather suggest to go the other way round as for tethering in a Symbian environment, you are more or less stuck only with Joikuspot. However, if you want to turn your Sammy Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 into a hotspot, you will get quite a few free tethering options in the Google Play like FoxFi (WiFi / Bluetooth), FreeUSBTethering (USB). Try this link https://www.anrdoezrs.net/links/7251228/type/dlg/sid/UUmuoUeUpU80353/https://play.google.com/store/search?q=tether&c=apps&price=1 .

Use a Bluetooth tethering software. Lot of free options available in Google Play.
