Hi,I tried Medialink (recommended by Vincois) but I ditched it when I started using PS3 Media Server: http://ps3mediaserver.blogspot.com/It's GNU, really easy to use (just turn your PS3 on and run the program on your Mac) and works like a breeze.Hope this helps :)

You can also use PS3MediaServer http://ps3mediaserver.blogspot.com/ it's what i use, i also have Nullriver's Medialink cuz i like the iTunes and iPhoto integration, but the quality for streaming in HD is poor

You can use Playback as a streaming server for your mac. The PS3 automatically recognizes the media server

One of the easiest solutions I have seen is a program called "Medialink" by Nullriver http://www.nullriver.com/products/medialink I have used it with my macs and it has worked well. It's 20 bucks for the software but I think it's worth it.
