When I launched Safari, I used to have MSN website by default but now it longer appears by default. I would be grateful if anyone can give me instructions on how can to set up the same website to appear by default.

Goto Safari<<Preferences<<General Tab. Now paste the MSN homepage Your settings are saved and safari will open with your set home page every time.

See http://support.apple.com/kb/ph4972 . In a nutshell go to the Safari menu and choose "Preferences" and type the address of the MSN site into the Homepage field.
