I have an old iPhone 3GS that I'd like to get factory unlocked. Yes, I know that I can software unlock it, but I'm tired of doing the jailbreak->unlock->update->jailbreak cycle. I'd like the iPhone to "just work" on carriers besides AT&T. Does anyone have any recommendations for where I should go it get it unlocked?

There are a few IMEI unlocking websites, I do use them ,hey turned to be pretty good for factory iPhone unlocks (better then software ones). The name of the website is: universeunlocks.com. Plus it is really affordable, only $22 for AT&T phones and they offer express option.

search on Ebay for "iphone 3gs unlock" or something similar. I used this guy. It cost only $10.99 and he did it quickly. There are many others that will do a fine job of it.http://myworld.ebay.ca/diamondkreation

I stumbled across whited00r a long time ago and have been astonished at how fast it is and how easy to use it is too. Just download the unlocked version, it already has Cydia installed and the carrier unlock done as well.
