Which mobile security apps do you consider most user-friendly? In this context , user-friendly implies that the apps do not block essential stuff on the device and allow custom stuff to be disabled effectively , and the app itself does not act as hinder the smooth functioning of the device. The app itself should be reputed enough not to itself spy on user data.

My friend used Avast and is quiet happy with it.It scans installed apps and if allowed, offers some privacy advice related to your installed apps.It also provides more features if your phone is rooted.

Bitdefender. It's the best antivirus in this universe. It's available for Android and I would also suggest you to use Bitdefender on your PC as well.See Antivirus rankings on this page:http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com/Bitdefender for Androidhttps://www.anrdoezrs.net/links/7251228/type/dlg/sid/UUmuoUeUpU74086/https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bitdefender.antivirus&hl=en

Many people including me listed Bitdefender and the remaining said Avast or Avg because you added free keyword in the question. Though there is a free version of Bitdefender but I won't recommend it. I have used it, it has almost none features other than basic scan. On the other hand, Bitdefender paid versions are pretty much complete security suite. You can think Bitdefender as Anti Ballistic Missile.
