I am on 3g network and am failing to download apps from play store with Samsung tab 4, I have used WiFi before and it downloaded without any problems, I have cleared the cache and data but am still stuck. There is no progress whatsoever on the download there is the whole preview and review window with "downloading" @ the top but nothing is finishing the longest it has taken is 8hrs and I had to force stop.
