If there's one thing Samsung knows how to do, it creates excitement for its event. The company posted a teaser video on YouTube for an event on April 28 at 10 AM ET, and it promises "the most powerful Galaxy" device ever.

If you want to generate some hype, announcing the most powerful version of a device with the Galaxy brand's history and prestige is a good way to do it.

What Will This Powerful New Galaxy Device Be?

The video doesn't tell us much about "the most powerful Galaxy" device ever, so all we can do is speculate about what Samsung plans to announce.

First, we can probably rule out a phone as the device, as even the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 888 processor isn't more powerful than existing devices with the Galaxy branding. Specifically, the already-released older Galaxy Books would outpower the mobile processor even on its best day.

That leads us to believe that the event will focus on a new Galaxy Book laptop. There have been plenty of rumors that Samsung is working on a Galaxy Book Pro, and we're guessing that's what will be featured at the April 28 event.

Only Time Will Tell!

Unless Samsung puts out a more revealing trailer, we're just going to have to wait until April 28 at 10 AM ET to find out what Samsung has planned.
