This is a image(dvd image) of Apple Mac OS X Snow Leopard, if you don't want to use(install) it in the future, then you can safely delete it.

This is a Mac OS X Snow Leopard installation file(A pirated one I think).You can delete it.Seems someone else who uses your pc downloaded it. Just delete it,no problems at all.

That's a pirated copy of OSX install disk, so yes you can delete it if you need ~4gb space.
