As announced on the Roku Blog, Apple AirPlay and HomeKit support is now available on a variety of Roku 4K streaming devices.

This includes the Roku Ultra, Roku Streambar, Roku Smart Soundbar, Roku Streaming Stick+, and Roku Premiere.

Support is also planned for Roku TV models, which will be rolled out in phases over the coming weeks as they receive the latest Roku OS 9.4 update.

With Apple AirPlay support, you can now stream and share content directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to your Roku device. This means that you can pull up your photos and videos on the big screen with ease.

HomeKit support means that you can use Siri commands to control your device. This includes the ability to control your TV's power, volume, and inputs.

According to Roku, its streaming players are the first to offer compatibility with all the big voice systems: Google Assistant, Alexa, and Siri.
