If you have a full backup of your user directory, you can copy the folder that was at C:UsersYOUR_NAMEAppDataRoamingMozilla back to C:UsersYOUR_NAMEAppDataRoamingMozilla. This will restore your entire Firefox setup -- bookmarks, extensions, toolbars, preferences, history, everything.

If you want to restore Add-on bar,Bookmarks bar etc. then go to orange coloured Firefox logo located on top left side of Firefox.Go to options and tick on the toolbar that you would like to have.
