Hello, download the following software and once download it run it:malwarebytes:http://www.malwarebytes.org/superantispyware portable:http://www.superantispyware.com/portablescanner.html?tag=SAS_HOMEPAGErkill: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkillDownload malwarebytes and install it in your system. Once installed, make sure that file is updated and run a complete scan. Get rid of any entries found. Now, execute the syperantispyware file you downloaded. It will not install in your system, just double click on the SAS_XXX.com file and run a complete scan. Get rid of any entries found. Once that is done, run a complete scan with your antivirus. If you do not have an antivirus installed, you could use any of the ones mentioned below:avast free version:https://www.anrdoezrs.net/links/7251228/type/dlg/sid/UUmuoUeUpU86121/https://www.avast.com/en-ca/indexorMicrosoft security essentials:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentialsIf for some reason the malware will not let this programs run, you can install rkill from the link given above and run it. This program will stop the malware from running, so that you can clean it properly. If your icons disappear when software is running, you will have to run the programs from task manager:-- open task manager by using ctrl + alt + delete or from taskbar-- click on file-- select new task-- click on browse-- navigate to where programs downloaded are and select the program-- do same with everyone of them Once all programs run tell you your system is clean, make sure to disable system restore. Some malware will reproduce if there is entries for them in system restore. Restart computer and if you want to make sure, run the programs again. If reported cleaned, you could enable system restore. Let us know what happens...even though this should work.
