My friend is lab programmer and he has Administrator rights. He needs an application to view data on other PCs connected to the network.
Is there any application that will allow to share, to copy and paste data from one PC to another from one work place or from one PC? How to manage data of all computers from one or more computers with third party tool?

A product called mini-remote control by Dameware is an excellent product it will cost you $99 for a single user license, but the download is a 30 day trail and I think you will love it once you have started using it.

connect both the pc's to network and map the n/w drive followed by \ip(drivename)$ with administrator user name and password. New S/W is not needed.

Hello, there are many options for doing this. The best option for your friend is to talk with IT department. I am sure they can set him up with something that works with their configuration and/or advice him on what steps he can take to achieve what he needs.
