When I try to open Word 2007, I keep getting this message that it needs msointl.dll and that I have to re-execute. Probably the file has been deleted after I ran a Tune-Up Utilities clean-up. How can I solve this problem?

Check to see if it's in your recycling bin. If it's not, as Fedelis stated, I think there is a feature to revert changes made by TuneUp utilities. Worst case scenario, reinstall Word (2010 is available now)

Hello, if you are pretty sure that tuneup utilities deleted the file, you can try and restoring the last cleanup.  Also, if you have the installation disk for office, or the executable file, you can run the installation again.

restore your system to a point created before, the dll went missing, using option of system restore.
