I am trying to use Irfanview and Ghostscript to reduce .PDF file size using the 1st technique described under https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/4-ways-reduce-size-pdf-file/ Both the applications installed properly but I do not see the first dialog box as mentioned in this article. Anybody knows how to get it?

this software actually not reduce pdf file size .it spit your file in small sized PDF files. Split a large sized PDF file into smaller chunks with the help of a professional and efficient utility tool. But before to purchase check it trial version then take a decision for more detail : http://datarecoverytools.posterous.com/bulky-pdf-filesplit-it-using-third-party-tool

By far the best way to reduce the size of the PDF files is to do so by using the Print2Pdf software..it is the most viable option that exists til date..
