Many sites offer "free" ringtones, but you later find out that you have actually signed up for a monthly service. Can anyone recommend a truly free ringtone service?

Try tonzr.com. All ringtones are free, and there's no catch to it. The only problem some people might find is that you can't always get the exact part of the song you want. I've not tried myexer.

Tina- Appreciate the pointer. Actually I looked at Myxer.com and it seems to be free but when I googled it, some people said that they found themselves signed up for a ringtone service. However these folks seemed to be in the minority....maybe they they had tried to download from another service and thought it was from Myxer. I guess my question has anyone used myxer lately and is it truly free.thanksJohn
