I have purchased a brand new Dell Studio 14. The laptop's basic configuration is 2 x 2 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM and 320 GB 7200 RPM SATA hard drive. It has a video graphics card of ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) HD 5450, 1GB.

Please recommend me the best settings for the graphics card that I need to use for the best video quality. Any recommendations for the type of video player to be used will also be appreciated .
