I am looking for a remote desktop software with some very specific features. Here are the features I am looking for:
1. Free
2. Displays remote machine in browser
3. Transmits sound
4. Has a decent frame rate for video
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I'd suggest to try the pure web browser access to your desktop - OnlineVNC solution. It's uses Flash as a viewer and it's absolutely free. http://www.onlinevnc.com

Hello, I agree with the others, you could find nothing better than teamviewer. Also UltraVNC has most if not all those featuress:http://www.uvnc.com/home.html

I second Paul's recommendation. TeamViewer is brilliant, and free for personal use. No remote program will give you perfect video, but TeamViewer is pretty good.

I guess you need it for gaming.See if this comparison of remote desktop software helps you : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_remote_desktop_software#FeaturesFor the audio there's also a "Play on Remote Computer" setting under 'Remoter Computer Sound' in Windows 7.

TeamViewer, http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx, is free for non-commercial use. It is excellent.
