I'm a fan of JDownloader. It integrates with Flashgot, can capture links of a certain file extension, and best of all, works for file sharing services like rapidshare, megaupload, mediafire, zhshare, etc. as a batch downloader. It can also download from youtube vid (and certain other video sites) and even convert them into audio.I use it near every day.http://jdownloader.en.softonic.com/

Flashget is the best download manager for windows. It integrates easily with all major browsers. It used connections and bandwidth effectively, as it downloads the entire file in different packets.
