I'm running Windows 8, with Google Chrome. Recently I've been getting entirely too many "SSL connection errors".

I've went to chrome 'settings' and unchecked all SSL uses.

I've uninstalled Chrome - installed Firefox - got them there also.

Uninstalled Firefox - reinstalled Chrome - still get them.

This is on every website every page I go to.

Sometimes 'refresh' will let me go to the page, but not often.

What can I do?

You're probably infected with a virus. You'll want to scan the computer completely. Try downloading the free version of MalwareBytes at https://www.malwarebytes.org/. Run a full scan and clean up anything it finds. Check your DNS records and make sure they haven't been hijacked. Download any Windows updates. Finally, do this:Hit Start, go to search, type CMD. Launch the command prompt. Run the command "SFC /scannow". That will check for any system files that have been corrupted. Then reboot.
